The Palestinian leadership does not intend to clash with the United Arab Emirates but hopes that it would reconsider its stance from Israel, member of the Palestine Liberation Organization Executive Committee Azzam al-Ahmad said. The Palestinians have in the past days criticized the peace deal between UAE and Israel. The Palestinian Authority has been suffering from a severe financial crisis since its rejection of tax revenues collected on its behalf by Israel, a total of approximately USD190 million per month, which exceeds half of the Authority’s budget.
