The big majority of Americans are watching the protests against racism in American society and they are watching the progress of the coronavirus, and therefore they are not paying attention to the Trump administration’s implementation of the new Caesar sanctions. Previously, the American sanctions blocked financial transactions of Syrian entities and American companies that worked with them without official permission.
